Here We Are

We have thought about creating a blog for a few months now.  Having been raised before computers became a common household object, we were a bit intimidated.  However, thanks to my great daughters and their cool friends. We have finally figured out how to do this.  It really is rather simple.  Wow!
Our reason for starting a blog is to keep our family and friends updated with our adoption process.  We are completing the circle.  I, Valerie, was adopted as an infant and now am adopting children.  We are so excited to finally be doing this.  We have thought about it before but always thought we couldn't afford it.  Then we realized that God has no limits.  We do have LOTS of love and we decided to take a step of faith and let God work out the financial end of it.

So maybe I should explain a little about our family. We live in Bismarck, North Dakota.  Where is that you say?  Well, it is just above South Dakota!  We have two daughters by birth, Cassie and Carrie.  We are in the process of adopting siblings from Ethiopia!  We have been on the waiting  list for 2 1/2 weeks.  Thanks for visiting this site.
